  • 8 or 16 floured tortillas
  • 2 to 4 c. cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 to 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 to 1 c. finely minced onion

Directions

    Place tortillas in boiling water, one at a time for 1 second before filling.
  2. 2
    Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup of chicken. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese and 1 tablespoon of onion.

    Roll tortilla and place seam down in baking dish sprayed with Pam.
