- 1 pkg. corn tortilla shells
- 1 small onion
- 1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 jar mushrooms
Directions

1Cook chicken; shred it and keep broth.

2Fry tortilla shells in a dash of oil until lightly browned.

3Add cheese, mushrooms, chicken and onion to shell and roll up.

4Mix chicken soup and chicken broth and pour on top of tortillas.

5Top with cheese and bake in warm oven until melted.
