- 4 bitter gourd smalls Karelas, prefarably sized/
- 4 onions sliced thin
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon dried mango powder
- 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons oil to fry
Directions

1In a wok heat 1 table spoon on oil.

2Fry the onions till translucent.

3Add all the powders.

4Mix well and cook for 5 mins.

5Put off the heat and add the chopped cilantro.

6Mix again after adding salt.

7Do not add too much as we have already salted the Karelas.
