  • 4 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and cut into pieces
  • 1 c. broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
  • chopped onion
  • flour tortillas
  • Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack

Directions

    Heat until warm the soups, broth and salsa. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Layer chicken sauce, tortillas, onion and cheese layers, ending with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered, except for the last 5 minutes.
