- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 small can chopped green chili
- 1 to 2 chickens, cooked, deboned and shredded (see note below)
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Combine soups, broth and green chili. Add chicken pieces

5In a large baking dish, place a layer of tortillas, a layer of chicken sauce and a layer of grated cheese.

6Repeat layers.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
