Chicken Enchilada Casserole

  • 1 frying chicken, cooked and cut up
  • 1 doz. corn tortillas, torn into pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 4 oz. green chiles, chopped or diced
  • 1 to 2 c. cheese

Directions

    Mix the soups, sour cream and chiles together.

    Layer 1/2 sour cream mixture, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 tortillas and 1/2 cheese.

    Repeat layers.

    Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until bubbly.
