- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 3 chicken breasts (already cooked)
- 12 to 15 corn tortillas
- 1/4 c. margarine
Directions

1Saute onions.

2Drain Ro-Tel and combine in skillet.

3Simmer 10 minutes.

4Cook liquid down.

5Cut cheese into small pieces and add to tomatoes.

6Add chopped chicken.

7Fill tortillas with mix.

8Roll up and place in baking pan.

9Pour remaining mix that's leftover them and bake 30 minutes at 350°.

10Can sprinkle with shredded cheese.
