- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. cubed chicken or turkey
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 12 corn tortillas
Directions

1Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

2Saute the onion in butter.

3Add soup and chicken; bring to a boil.

4Add sour cream and stir until well blended.

5Dip tortillas in boiling water or chicken broth.

6Fill tortillas with one tablespoon of the chicken mixture and a little cheese.

7Then roll up.

8Pour remaining filling over all and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

9Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
