- 3 chicken breasts
- 8 to 10 flour tortillas
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 large can chicken broth
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken; chop up fine.

2Roll chicken and some onion in tortilla; place in baking dish.

3In a frying pan, melt oleo, stir in flour and add chicken broth.

4Simmer until good and hot; stir in sour cream until creamy, then add green chilies.

5Pour over enchiladas.

6Top with Monterey Jack cheese.

7Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
