- 12 corn tortilla shells
- 5 chicken breasts, boiled
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 10 oz. can Ro-Tel chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- garlic salt to taste
Directions

1Spray a 9 x 13-inch dish with Pam.

2Line pan with tortilla shells (can soften with chicken broth).

3Then layer chicken, pepper, onion and a mixture of Ro-Tel, soups, chili powder and garlic salt.

4Top with cheese and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
