  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 oz. cartons sour cream
  • 2 small cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 large pkg. flour tortillas (6-inch small)
  • 6 boned chicken breasts
  • Knorr chicken flavoring mix
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 chopped Vidalia onion

    Cook chicken slowly with carrots, Vidalia onion and seasoning; drain.

    Remove chicken and cool; chop and set aside.
