- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. hot chicken broth
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream (room temperature)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives, drained
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 10 flour tortillas (8-inch)

2In medium saucepan, cook and stir onion in margarine until tender.

3Stir in flour, then chicken broth. Stir and cook until smooth and thickened.

4Remove from heat; add sour cream.
