  • 4 c. finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 c. hot chicken broth
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream (room temperature)
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives, drained
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 10 flour tortillas (8-inch)

    In medium saucepan, cook and stir onion in margarine until tender.

    Stir in flour, then chicken broth. Stir and cook until smooth and thickened.

    Remove from heat; add sour cream.
