  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 12 corn tortillas, broken in pieces
  • 1 cooked chicken, chopped in small pieces

Directions

    Mix soups, milk, broth and green chilies.

    In a lightly greased casserole dish, layer tortillas and chicken.

    Pour soup mixture over the top, then top with grated cheese, if desired. Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.
