- 1 whole chicken, remove meat from bone and chop
- 1 can chopped olives
- 1 large jar chili salsa
- 2 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 12 large flour tortillas
Directions

1Mix chicken, olives and salsa.

2Set aside.

3Mix soups and sour cream.

4Pour 1/3 of soup mixture into chicken mixture.

5Stir. Place chicken mixture down center of tortilla.

6Sprinkle with cheese.

7Fold and place seam side down in baking dish.

8Makes 12. Pour soup mixture over top and sprinkle with more cheese.

9Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
