  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and pulled into pieces
  • 1 can green chili
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 can navy beans
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 can hominy
  • 1 tsp. chili powder

    After chicken has boiled, take chicken out to cool; then pull into pieces.

    Place all other ingredients in chicken broth and simmer long enough to cook the bell pepper and green onion.

    Serve in bowls topped with grated Monterey cheese.
