  • 1 chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom
  • 1 small can green chilies, diced
  • 2 blocks marble cheese, shredded
  • flour tortillas

    Boil chicken.

    Debone.

    Shred chicken and put into a pot. Add soups and one block of grated cheese.

    On low heat, mix until cheese is melted and mixed together.

    Put half of the mixture into tortillas and roll up like an enchilada.

    Place into a pan and put the rest of the mixture on top of the enchiladas.

    Add the other block of cheese to the top.

    Place in oven on low heat until cheese is melted.
