- 2 doz. corn tortillas
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 can green chile salsa
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- ripe olives
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 small container sour cream
Directions

1Warm tortillas.

2Place spoonful of chicken, green chile salsa, cheese and onion on tortilla. Roll up and place in baking dish. Repeat until all ingredients are used up.

3Warm soup and sour cream.

4Pour over enchiladas. Sprinkle with cheese and dot with olives.

5Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
