- 1 pkg. large flour tortillas
- salsa (1 large jar)
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut up in cubes
- 1 medium onion
Directions

1Cook chicken and onion until tender.

2Mix 1/2 cup of each cheese and sour cream together.

3Heat tortillas, one at a time, just enough to make them flexible.

4Dip heated tortilla in salsa, coating both sides.

5Place 1 tablespoon mixture in each tortilla. Add chicken and onion. Roll up and place seam side down in casserole dish.

6Pour remaining salsa and cheese over top.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
