  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (save a little for topping)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion, cooked
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (chopped)

Directions

    Mix milk, soup and pepper.

    Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture, cheese and soup.

    Place tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with remaining soup mixture.

    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
