- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (save a little for topping)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion, cooked
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 jalapeno pepper (chopped)
Directions

1Mix milk, soup and pepper.

2Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture, cheese and soup.

3Place tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with remaining soup mixture.

4Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.
