Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 chicken (about 3 lb.)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Jack cheese
- 1 small can mild diced green chilies
- 1 doz. flour tortillas
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook, bone and dice chicken into bite sized pieces.

2Mix chicken, 1 can soup, 1/2 of cheese, chilies, sour cream, salt and pepper.

3Divide evenly (about 3 tablespoonfuls) among the tortillas.

4Roll up and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Pour other can of soup over tortillas.

6Put rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
