- 1/2 cup wheat and barley cereal nuggets
- 4 slices rye bread
- 4 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) sugar free TANG, favorite flavor
Directions

1Mix 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/4 cup mandarin oranges for each serving.
