  • 1 cup canned mandarin oranges (in juice)
  • 1/2 cup wheat and barley cereal nuggets
  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 4 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
  • 32 fl oz (4 cups) sugar free TANG, favorite flavor

Directions

    Mix 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/4 cup mandarin oranges for each serving.

    Top each with 2 Tbsp.

    GRAPE-NUTS.

    Enjoy with 1 slice toast spread with 1 tsp.
