- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can green chilies (mild or hot) to taste
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1/2 to 1 c. boneless chicken, cut up into chunks
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a bowl combine soup, sour cream, chicken, green chilies and 1/2 bunch scallions.

2Stir until mixed well.

3Put 2 or 3 tablespoons of mixture into a tortilla.

4Roll and place in baking dish or pan.

5Coat with Pam.

6Place the tortillas next to one another so they are touching.

7Fill all tortillas and pour any additional mixture over the tortillas.

8Top with cheese and 1/2 bunch of scallions.

9Cover and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole, etc.
