- 1 whole chicken
- 3 cans tomato sauce
- 3 cans diced Ortega chilies
- 1 block Jack cheese, grated
- 1 block Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 large can enchilada sauce
- 2 doz. flour tortillas
Directions

1Boil chicken.

2Cool and take off bones.

3Shred chicken and add tomato sauce, chili and garlic salt to taste.

4Heat tortillas on ungreased skillet until warm.

5Wrap in tinfoil to keep warm.

6Put meat mixture (spoonful) in warm tortilla.

7Also spoonful of each grated cheese.

8Roll tortillas and line in greased pan.

9Top with enchilada sauce and grated cheese.

10Heat until enchiladas are heated through and cheese is bubbly at 325°, about 30 to 45 minutes.
