  • 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 12 flour tortillas (6 or 8 inch)
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • chopped jalapenos to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco to taste

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients and 1 1/2 cups of cheese.

    Place 1/12 of mixture on each tortilla.

    Roll and place seam side down in a greased baking dish.
