- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- tortillas
- shredded cheese
- diced chicken
- chopped onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- paprika
- grated cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Make a white sauce with butter, flour and gradually add chicken broth.

3Stir constantly until thick. Add chili powder.

4Dip tortillas in sauce to soften.

5Place cheese, chicken and onion in center of tortilla and roll up. After all enchiladas are made, add sour cream to sauce and pour over top.

6Top with paprika and grated cheese.

7Bake 20 minutes.
