- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cooked, deboned chicken
- 1 c. chicken broth (from cooked chicken)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can tomatoes with green chiles, chopped (Ro-Tel)
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated (for topping)
Directions

1Tear tortilla shells in pieces.

2In 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer the tortillas, chicken, soups and cheese.

3Repeat until all are used.

4Top with cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
