- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cooked, boned and diced
- 1 jar mild salsa supreme (small)
- 1 small can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. grated Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese
- 1 small bag Doritos
- 1 small can black olives, sliced
Directions

1Place prepared chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Sprinkle olives over top.

3Spread on Doritos and mash them down slightly to crush.

4Add 3/4 of the cheeses.

5In saucepan, bring to a boil: salsa, broth, soup and mushrooms.

6Pour hot liquid over chicken mixture.

7Add remaining cheeses over the top.

8Bake 20 minutes or until bubbly at 350°.

9Serve with rice.
