Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 1 chicken, boiled (2 to 3 lb.)
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown onion in butter.

2Combine with soups, broth and chilies. Add pieces of chicken and mix well.

3In large baking dish, place a layer of tortillas, chicken and cheese.

4Repeat layers until casserole is filled, ending with cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour. (Better if sets a couple of hours before baking, can also be frozen.)

6Serves 8.
