Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 pkg. tortillas
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 fresh garlic clove, minced
- 1 can diced drained green chilies
- 1/4 c. skim milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt margarine; cook onion and garlic until tender.

3Stir in chilies, sour cream and soup.

4Mix well. Reserve 3/4 cup sauce.

5Stir in chicken and 1/2 cup cheese to remaining sauce in skillet.

6Fill tortillas with chicken mixture. Roll up.

7Place in 12 x 8-inch dish.
