  • 1 large jar prepared salsa
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 15 flour tortillas (large)
  • 3 c. shredded, cooked chicken
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Combine chicken with sour cream, grated cheese and salt.

    Fill tortillas with chicken mixture; roll up and arrange side by side, seam side down, in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Pour salsa over enchiladas, covering each one completely.

    Bake at 250° until heated through, about 20 minutes.

    Makes 15 enchiladas.
