- 1 large jar prepared salsa
- 2 c. sour cream
- 15 flour tortillas (large)
- 3 c. shredded, cooked chicken
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine chicken with sour cream, grated cheese and salt.

2Fill tortillas with chicken mixture; roll up and arrange side by side, seam side down, in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.

3Pour salsa over enchiladas, covering each one completely.

4Bake at 250° until heated through, about 20 minutes.

5Makes 15 enchiladas.
