  • 1 3/4 cups beans
  • 5 tablespoons onion small
  • 2/3 cup tomato country
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • curry leaves
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • oil
  • salt

Directions

    Chop onion and tomatoes; set aside.

    Boil the beans.

    Saute onion and add masala (spices), then stir in the tomatoes, boiled beans and coriander leaves.
