- 6 to 8 already cooked Tyson chicken breasts
- 1 green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pkg. tortillas (10)
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In an electric skillet, place a small amount of oil; place on medium heat.

2While the skillet is heating, slice the chicken, the pepper and the onion and drain the juice off of the mushrooms. When the skillet is hot, place the green pepper, onion and mushrooms in.

3Let these cook for about 2 to 3 minutes and then add the chicken and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.

4Cover and let cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Next, grate the Cheddar cheese. When the 10 minutes are up, turn the electric skillet to low to keep warm.

6Place some of the chicken mixture and some of the Cheddar cheese in a tortilla; roll it up and serve.

7Makes 10 fajitas.
