- 4 boneless chicken breasts (skin removed)
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions or 1/4 cup scallion
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- lemon pepper
Directions

1Sprinkle liberal amounts of lemon pepper and dry mustard on chicken.

2Pound chicken breasts very thin.

3Heat butter in skillet just to the point of turning brown.

4Add chicken to skillet and cook over high heat until chicken is done.

5Remove to platter and keep warm.

6Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, onions and sherry to skillet.

7Heat and stir until warmed through.

8Pour sauce over chicken to serve.
