  • 4 c. cooked chicken
  • 20 thin sliced boiled ham (1 1/2 lb.)
  • 1 lb. mushrooms, diced
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • chopped parsley

Directions

    Divide chicken into 20 portions.

    Roll into ham slices. Place, seam down, in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Fry mushrooms until limp. Add flour and stir until bubbly.
