  • 2 lb. chicken fingers (20 to 25 strips)
  • 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. Cheez-Its, crushed to powder
  • 12 Ritz crackers, crushed to powder
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. Romano cheese

Directions

    Mix chicken with Worcestershire sauce; let set for 1/2 hour. Blend flour, Cheez-Its, Ritz crackers, onion salt, garlic salt and cheese.

    Beat eggs; add lime juice.

    Dip strips in egg; cover with flour mixture.

    Deep fry until golden brown at 325°.
