- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. Cheez-Its, crushed to powder
- 12 Ritz crackers, crushed to powder
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. Romano cheese
Directions

1Mix chicken with Worcestershire sauce; let set for 1/2 hour. Blend flour, Cheez-Its, Ritz crackers, onion salt, garlic salt and cheese.

2Beat eggs; add lime juice.

3Dip strips in egg; cover with flour mixture.

4Deep fry until golden brown at 325°.
