- 1/3 c. salsa
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
Directions

1In large bowl, combine mayonnaise and salsa.

2Set aside 6 tablespoons.

3Add chicken strips to remaining mixture and toss well.

4Let stand for 30 minutes.

5Grill chicken 5-inches from heat, turning once, for 4 minutes or until tender.

6Serve with remaining 6 tablespoons of mixture.

7Makes 6 to 8 appetizer servings.
