- 2 chicken breast halves
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. ground tarragon
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
Directions

1Skin chicken breasts and dust with flour.

2Melt the butter in a skillet and brown the chicken on all sides.

3Add the remaining ingredients, cover and cook over low heat for 10 to 20 minutes or until tender.

4Remove lid and boil juices down quickly.

5Serve over rice.
