  • 11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
  • 8 ounces pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
  • 3 ounces sugar-free orange jello (1 small box)
  • 4 ounces Cool Whip Free (1/2 small bowl)
  • 3 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute (or more)
