- 1 or 2 c. chicken, cut up
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can chestnuts
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. bean sprouts
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, fresh cut
- 4 c. rice
- soy sauce
Directions

1Cook rice and mix in soy sauce together.

2Cook chicken, onions and celery until done.

3Mix in bean sprouts, chestnuts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and cooked rice.

4Simmer until done, 30 or 35 minutes at 350°.
