  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 10 1/2 oz. condensed chicken broth
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions
