- 1 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
- 2 to 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine chicken, soy sauce and salt.

2Marinate 15 minutes. Lightly brown rice in oil in large skillet over medium heat; stir frequently.

3Add chicken with soy sauce and broth.

4Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

5Stir in onion, green pepper, celery and cabbage; cook until vegetables are tender and liquid is absorbed. Push mixture to sides of pan.

6Add eggs; cook until almost set. Blend into rice mixture.

7Serve hot.
