- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 3 c. cooked medium white rice
- 3 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1In large, heavy skillet or wok, cook chicken, onions and mushrooms in oil over high heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes, or until mushrooms are golden.

2Add remaining ingredients and cook 3 minutes longer, until heated through and well blended. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
