- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix salt and pepper into flour.

2Beat eggs and milk in a bowl. Dip meat into liquid mix, then flour, pressing firmly with hands. Dip into liquid again and flour again.

3Fry in hot oil, about 3-inches deep, until floats and is brown.
