- 1 beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. fine cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Cut steak into serving size pieces.

2Blend egg and milk.

3Dip meat in egg mixture, then in crumbs.

4Slowly brown meat in hot oil, turning once. Cover and cook over low heat 45 to 60 minutes until tender.
