- 2 lb. venison round steak (fat and bone removed), sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 4 c. milk
- 4 c. flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 can Crisco
Directions

1Pound steak with meat mallet on both sides.

2Soak in 4 cups milk for one hour.

3Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.

4Remove steak from milk and put it in a separate bowl.
