  • 2 c. cold cooked chicken
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. green grapes, halved
  • 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. salted almonds
  • 1 head lettuce
