  • 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 medium Red Delicious apples, chopped and peeled
  • 2 medium Golden Delicious apples, chopped and peeled
  • 2 cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c. mayo (maybe more to taste)

    Cool on cutting board and chop into cubes.
