  • 4 whole chicken breasts, split and boned
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. herbed cheese (Alouette or Rondelle)
  • flour, seasoned with salt, pepper and thyme
  • 1 stick butter (for the chicken)
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. Galliano liqueur
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped

    Pound chicken breast pieces thin.

    Spread each of the eight pieces with 2 tablespoons of herbed cheese.
