- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- salt
- white pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 23 cup gorgonzola, Crumbled
Directions

1Lightly salt and pepper chicken pieces.

2Heat butter in large skillet.

3Add chicken and cook over medium heat until lightly browned on each side, 10 - 15 minutes.

4Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.

5Add cream to skillet.

6On high heat boil 2 to 3 minutes, or until cream is reduced and thicken.

7Lower heat.

8Add cheese; stir until melted.

9Add white pepper if desired.

10Serve over chicken.

11** Pasta with Gorgonzola Sauce - Cook cream and Gorgonzola as in sauce above for an excellent sauce toss with pasta, such as bow ties or fettuccine.
