  • 1 cup fresh okra, diced
  • 2 cups tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 cup diced leftover cooked chicken
  • any other leftover vegetables
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 14 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • hot cooked rice (optional)
